When in PBL u pretend to drop a pen and duck under the table to flicker goon by swinging ur stethoscope onto ur glans and then u listen to it to hear some feedback. Can also apply to situations where you want to flicker goon from a prominently visible location to let other Gosfordians see (AT YOUR OWN RISK). Flicker gooning in the anat lab may RAISE ur CORTISOL and lead to JAIL TIME.
