It is the acronym representing the superlative, "Olympic Fuck Champion." It is an esoteric term used to describe an individual who has performed at an elite level during intercourse. The term can be bestowed upon a sexual partner as a compliment, however, it is most commonly used as a shameless form of self flattery.

Without the condom I am a mere mortal; when I strap it on I become this olympic fuck champion (OFC).
