klavika 

A sexually transmitted disease you contract after having intercourse with someone you met via Facebook.

This is a play on words combining the Klavika typeface used for the Facebook logo and the possible unfortunate consequence of hooking up with a stranger via the internets.

Guy 1 - "Damn dude, I caught something from that girl I met on Facebook"

(Loads up respective Facebook profile of girl)

Guy 2 - "Yo, you got the klavika from her??? Mildsauce."
