Raphro 

The knotty afro that forms on the middle of a scrotum, anatomically known as the raphe. A stunning intellectual combination of the words "raphe" and "afro". Can refer to an actual raphro, a person's disgusting or mutilated haircut, or even untrimmed facial hair. Thanks and god bless.
