(v.) could be used for anything: cursing (switch curse words for mirp instead), being random, anything that is boring and feel the need to just say it just because you can

Mother: "Emily, can you do the dishes?"
Emily: "Mirp, why?"

Friend One: "Yea, Brad was such a jerk! I can't believe he did that to him-"
Friend Two: "Mirp him! He should get suspended!"
Example Three:
Friend One: "I think you say mirp way too much now..."
Friend Two: "I don't care, mirp you. I can say it forever."
Friend One: "Oh god please no..."
