Is a thing or person that has an addiction of doing your head in. They constantly find a way to piss you off or shit you in every possible way that there is. Most of the time they don't even realise they are doing it. Normally a person with this disability is very competitive and challenge all others stories. They are not commonly bright.

My brothers new girlfriend is major header do-erer, my brain is about to explode.
