a. A sex-change operation gone awry.
b. A one-night stand which ends badly. Many scenarios may lead to a one-night stand becoming a sexwreck - cross-dressers, for example.

a. Usage: "That girl was such a sexwreck - I swear she had half a penis down there"

b. You go back to the hotel of a "girl" only to discover that she either a) has crabs or b) is a man. Both scenarios are clear cut examples of a one-night stand becoming a sexwreck
