Jersicorn

Jersicorn: a mutation caused by excessive exposure to chemicals in tanning spray that cause a person to grow a thumb, protruding from the forehead. Thumb nail is often seen in excess of 3 inches with leopard print nail polish.

This Jersicorn is acting illogical because of too much tanning spray.
