Devd refers to the lack of a good text to somebody. It is commonly used when someone does not want to text back, however they feel obligated to.

Dan: "Hey Cat! Today at work we all clapped when Jason walked by the store!"
Cat: "Haha true."
Dan:" Wow, did I just get Devd?"
