Term for a guy who looks really intimidating, but deep down is super cool. Similar to the phrase, "you can't judge a book by it's cover". A "Ji-Vercher" looks rough on the outside but is soft on the inside.
"That biker is a Ji-Vercher. Their vest isn't for a biker gang, it's for their volunteer program that reads to children at the library"
