(1)The proliferation or expansion of corporate incompetence/stupidity.

(2) Taking Something that is lame or otherwise weak and making it a standard

(3) Knowingly making a bad situation worse

(as used by staff)
"The new manager is mandating enfeeblement of all dysfunctional processes"

(As used by management)
"please update the enfeeblement status of my latest policy directive"

(as used by everyone)
