A close freind. Specifically a dirty ass white boy who gropes your girlfriend, married female relatives, and you while extremely intoxicated. The next morning a Wood wakes up and claims to remember nothing after 9pm. In additon, a Wood requires an ass beating once a year. Usually this is done by a close friend.
