Someone who sneaks off from a party unnoticed to puke, then sneaks back ( usually with a drink still in hand) and acts like nothing happened.

Spillbilly

Someone who commonly spills stuff and don't clean up the mess.The person may or may not know they are actually making a mess, but wouldn't clean it up anyways.

1. Man, Billy is being a spillbilly, he left juice all over the counter!
2. I need to stop drinking I'm becoming a spillbilly.
