Spillbilly

Someone who commonly spills stuff and don't clean up the mess.The person may or may not know they are actually making a mess, but wouldn't clean it up anyways.

1. Man, Billy is being a spillbilly, he left juice all over the counter!
2. I need to stop drinking I'm becoming a spillbilly.
