A sexual act which involves a man slapping another man in the face with his penis, which is covered with a devil dog. It can also be done to women, but that shit isn't right.

Guy- "hey drew come over here i want to feinberg you really quick"
Guy 2- "Okay!!!!"

Guy- "I totally feinberg'd that girl yesterday"
Guy 2- "dude that shit just isn't right."
