Definitions by demonblack

A deceptively weak-looking move or ability in a game that ends up being insanely powerful. It may have a soft animation or seem unimpressive at first glance—but once it hits, it absolutely rips.

Etymology:
From luna (Latin for “moon,” symbolizing softness or subtlety) + rend (to tear apart).

Lunarend = A quiet-looking force that tears through everything.
Examples:

“That spell? Looked like a puff of smoke. Lunarended my tank.”

“Don’t sleep on that attack—it’s a straight-up lunarend.”
