A peak sexual encounter of legendary, perhaps bucket list proportion. The sort of infamous accomplishment that you look forward to casually dropping into any "what's the craziest...?" conversation to elicit the expected "NO. F-ING. WAY."

Examples: hooking up with a top-level rockstar/athlete, mile-high club with a total stranger, a mother-daughter threesome.

"I know he's always been a manwhore, but I swear this time I think he may have Machu Picchu'd! Twins!"
