Pooping on a toilet in a way that the toilet was not designed for. Example: squatting on western-style toilets.

Dude 1: Man, I just heard someone grunting unusually in the stall beside me. I suspect he was jaypooping.
Dude 2: Damn that’s gross, I’d avoid that stall in the future.
