Stayatyourplacism or stay-at-your-placism is when people who are considered better or who has a higher status in something (social status / education / profession / sports / etc.) try to stop who are lower than them from achieving higher goals / status.
It's not racism, it's stayatyourplacism (stay-at-your-placism).
