How you would describe fangirls on their way to see Benedict Cumberbatch, preferably from the point of view from a parent of these fans or friends (someone outside of the fandom) but fangirls tend to use this term instead of stalking.

Mother of fangirl- ''what are you up to? where are you going?''
Fan- ''oh! turns out the guy who plays sherlock is filming here, i'm off to go cumberhunting!''
