Amazing, great, phenomenal, brilliant, awesome, etc. A superlative used to describe something. Popular in the North West of England. Possibly derived from local pronunciation of a ruder expletive.

Kid A: Hey look, I got two cards in my bubble gum wrapper!
Kid B: Ooking!
