Russian 

Someone who succeeds without trying. The person doesn't have to be Russian but they usually are.

Hong: I got A for maths and I'm asian.
Jeff: So? you spend half your spare time studying! Dmitry got an A without trying.
Hong: Who's Dmitry? I never see him in lesson.
Jeff: He never attends lessons. He never studies. Just goes to the exams.
Hong: He must be Russian then.
