Usually a person who likes to wait or a person that's been waiting for a longer period of time.

Clear It 

To clear yourself of someone’s slander or to put down defamation with facts.

Person 1: “Why do you always wear fake lashes?”
Person 2: “Honey, that’s because I have style, which is clearly something that you lack.”
Person 3: “Clear it.”
