A pairing of the Naruto fandom, consisting of Shikamaru Nara and Hinata Hyuga as a couple. Relating them to Asuma Sarutobi and Kurenaï :Asukure and hinging on Shikamaru's promise to help and protect his mentor's child and wife : Kurenai Yuhi, which Hinata is grateful toward because she was the one taking her under her wing while she was younger.
