A person who thinks that they are popular and well liked while in reality this is not true. This person may lie to pretend to fit in, make him/herself better then someone, and/or claim things that are known to be false. He/she will have a bitchy tone to ward off people from questioning her lies and when confronted about them will storm off and talk about you behind your back.

Brittany: "Hey did you see how she stormed off after we asked her if she really had sex with that guy?"
Jessica: "Her abnormally large and disgusting boobs were distracting me but, yeah. She's such a Kristina."
