Hillbilly nigga

When niggas dress southern but they are ghetto. They put on the bling belt buckle, off the hip jeans, fresh sneakers, and a t-shirt sometimes carrying a second t-shirt over the shoulder for fashion. To themselves they must be fresh but to others they are no different then a hillbilly.
