A guy who is obsess with his crush, but doesn't perform any action to approach the girl.

Everyday just wait something to happen, if not, he won't fall in love with another girl and just wait till the day he die.

1. That guy is a vinnynism, already been 20 years and he still being like that.

2. Don't bother him, he is having a vinnynism for Vinny about few years, he doesn't seems wanna quit anytime soon.
