A stupid german person who is insistant on nabbing all the sunbeds with their towels at early hours, before other hotel guests.

Person 1: Woah, he's up early! Must be going for some early morning swimming!

Person 2: Nah, he's got too many towels to be swimming; look, he's taking up the sunbeds near the umbrella and pool bar! Stupid Alemaniac
