Frunk

Friends while drunk. People who know each other but normally don't have anything other than polite greetings or small talk to say to each other, until alcohol is introduced to the mix, then they become BFF for the night, but only for that night.

"Are you and Roger best buds now? I saw you drinking together at that bar last week."

"Naw, we're no longer frunk."
