"DELULU" is a term to shorten delusional, usually used in text messages or slang form when talking in the streets. It's used in a playful manner for something that's highly unrealistic or not likely.
"Girl, she is so delulu about that boy".
"He just liked my pictures from 2 years ago, he must still like me, or am I delusional"?
