Gender expression (refers to all of the external characteristics and behaviors that are socially defined as either masculine or feminine) that may change from day to day due to a wide veriety of atmospheric infuences, emotional standpoints, &/c.

Sally is transexpression. Sally feels her gender expression changes often.
