Knifey 

Knifey- a form of shartplug. Wherein you mold a piece of toilet paper into a sliver or "knife" and tuck it gently between your butt cheeks.

I ate a lot of chilli so I made myself a knifey and went to the movies feeling confident that no one would even know I was sharting.
