Stands for "Mini Learning Opportunity." It is definied in certain areas of academia as simply a quiz. Similarily, a MaLeOp or "Major Learning Opportunity" is an exam.

"Are you ready for the MiLeOp on Monday? Hell no I havent studied at all."
