A bianlian is a girl who looks completely different with and without makeup.
Bianlian is named after the traditional Sichuan performance art of instantaneously switching the costume faces and clothing of the performer while on stage

George: Do you think that girl is hot?
Bryan: well, she looks ok, but she might totally be a bianlian in the morning.
