Cockney Rhyming slangism for a lady's "parts" ie Quim - as in Fred Quimby of Tom & Jerry and Disney fame . . . Looking at the other "fred" definitions it seems kind of apt too!
Oy! Don't be such a Fred!! - meaning "don't be such a c**t" or "hmmmm big boy, my Fred is moistening just looking at you!"
