A much more politer version of the word fuck.
Used for expressing anger,shock etc.
Can be used around authorative figures

Person A:Did you hear?
Person B:No,what?
Person A:XXX Concert is cancelled and there's no refund for tickets
Person B:TOOT!!!!

Wrong usage:

Person A:Hey,I wanna toot you
Person B:No way
Person A:Darn!
