To fuck up ones life and the lives of everyone around you. Usually involves loss of money, loss of social status, shame to yourself and shame to your family.

origin of the word: when personnel at a certain base in Iraq decide to put all morals aside and have sex with anyone and everyone, totally disregarding current family status in the states. once the person gets caught they get fucked by the regulations or "speiched" by the regulations.
