A person for whom conversation is a necessary part of sex. Or, someone who finds pleasant, effortless, clever, or content-rich conversation a necessary part of foreplay.

It wasn't until John discovered that connecting to someone through open and honest conversation that he was able to overcome many of his sexual difficulties. After that, John realized that he was a conversexual.
