Used to describe someone who is a complete brick, or, gets a four percent on their test. Can also be used to describe someone who is incredibly stupid and fails their test. This is sometimes followed by them dropping the class.

Peter: Did you hear Phoebe got a 4% on her calc test? It was multiple choice!

Hadi: She really is 4%. She probably is going to drop the class
