A doctor of any sort (i.e optician, physician) who tries to advertise certain medications and services in an attempt to make more money.

My optician, Lauren, told me that there was nothing that could be done about my eyesight and suddenly became a salesdoctor when she brought up an expensive Lasik eye surgery.
