cunt plague 

An affliction of a female's sexual organs, usually involving disease of the most foul kind and resulting in an unsightly mess between the woman's flaps. Can also be used to express horror at the dirtiness of a female who has recently been engaged with in sexual activities. Something that smells like a vagina but not a healthy one.

'Don't do it man, it looks like she's got cunt plague'
'I can't believe my daughter has cunt plague. I smelled it in the toilet'
'Oh Jesus, you stink of cunt plague'
