When you take a five doller bill and wipe your ass with it and throw it on the ground. A stranger comes by and picks it up with said shit on the bill and you yell Poop Doller.
(Great for Balcony fun!!!)

Jim was so desperate for crack he didn't care about the assholes yelling poop doller when he found five dollars.
