Essentially, "cookie dough".

Person 1 - "Dude, I want something good but doesn't take any effort in making it."
Person 2 - "What about some premature cookies?

Also, could be the same as taking the cookie(s) out of the oven before they're done, resulting in crappy cookies.

Person 1 - "Arg, damn."
Person 2 - "What happened?"
Person 1 - "Took the damn cookies out of the oven too soon."
Person 2 - "That sucks, premature cookies ftl."
