the sudden change after you've drank a lot of vodka and feel perfectly fine, then all of a sudden you feel drunk.

peter: dude i've drank so much already but I'm still alright.
Jessie: just wait a minute
Peter: aw sh*t I am messed up now.
Jessie: Told you. man you just had your vodka drop.
