A made up word from the community of the hit game "Roblox" as an insult term to call retro style avatars as slop, and/or referring to a retro style avatar without, let alone barely using any retro items (mainly from user generated content (ugc) ).

"Yall like my retro fit?"
"Dude that is some Retroslop right here."
