When the USG (US Government) gives orders to all US citizens in a different country to get the fuck out, usually due to political unrest and violence. The USG usually provides transportation and security, via US Army, to escort citizens out.

The US State Department has issued GTFO Orders for Syria, time to get the fuck out!
