A Tobi is a female who is one in a million. You will never meet anyone like a Tobi. She’s the life of the party, and will have you laughing until you cry. A total go-getter. She is generous, intelligent, and compassionate. She does anything for family. And if you’re lucky enough to be in her circle of friends, then you’re considered family too. A friend, an icon, a cousin. Love you Tob.
