(noun) The keyboardist for the band Marilyn Manson. Original stage name is Madonna Wayne Gacy, derived from the names John Wayne Gacy (a serial killer) and the ever-famous Madonna. One of the craziest people in the world, he'll lie his ass off in a game of Truth or Dare just to jump out a window.

"I was at a Manson concert last Saturday, and that Pogo guy was really awesome."
