When you are consuming a large amount of alcohol. Generally the aim of this exercise is the get extremely intoxicated.

1) Hey Sam, are you peeling tonight?

2) Yea, ill be peeling tonight.

To consume a level of alcohol in which the consumer is no longer able to take responibility for his/her own actions. Generally in this case any action made by this person is frowned upon and forgotten about.

1) By fucking christ I was peeled last night.

2) FUCK hes peeled.
