any young female or in some cases male who dresses/acts in a suggestive manner (like a prostitute)

Guy 1: "dude you see those girls over there in the short skirts?"

Guy 2:"yeah the're only like 9 years old."

Guy 1:"I know they look like little hoes."

Guy 2:"ya the're total prosta-tots."
