simply put, those who has anthropomorphic fetish, herded into one giant shitposting community.
it can range widely from a normal furry to plantfucker, as long as it makes them hard, they will jerk off to it

if someone says "losercity" in the comment, it means, someone posted a type of post that losercity members would do

a: "yes, i unironically named my username as 'ijerkedoff2loona', why?"
